Personal data processing

This page describes what happens to the data you fill in the inquiry form on this website. It does not cover data we process for customers inside the Docházka PRO application — that is governed by a separate data processing agreement.

Who processes the data

The data controller is RuMo Tech s.r.o., company ID 30098599, registered office Vídeňská 841, 339 01 Klatovy, Czech Republic. On matters of personal data processing you can reach us at obchod@dochazkapro.cz.

What data and why

We process only what you fill in the form yourself, and solely so that we can handle your inquiry and reply to you:

  • Full name and e-mail — required, otherwise we have nobody and nowhere to reply to.
  • Company, phone and company size — optional, they help us tailor the reply.
  • Message text — whatever you write to us.
  • Date and time the inquiry was sent.

Along with the inquiry we also send how you reached the website — the address of the first page you opened, the referring site and the campaign tags in the link (e.g. utm_source or a Google ad click identifier). It tells us which ad or page brought the inquiry. None of this is stored in your browser — the website keeps it only until you close the page, and it leaves only with the form you send yourself.

We need no further data to handle your inquiry. The verification code (captcha) on the form runs on our own server — so it sends nothing to any third party.

Legal basis

We process the form data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time — just write to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before it.

Who receives the data

The inquiry is stored in our database and e-mailed to our sales colleagues. If you tick Send a copy of the request to my e-mail as well, a copy is also sent to the address you provided. We do not sell the data and do not pass it to anyone else for their own purposes. For the technical operation of the service (hosting and sending e-mails) we use processors bound by contract; the data stays within the EU.

How long we keep it

We keep the inquiry and related correspondence for 3 years from the last contact, so that we can come back to it. After that we delete it. Should you become a customer, further retention is governed by the contract.

Visitor statistics

We count basic visits with Umami, which runs on our own server — no third party learns about your visit through it. It measures even without cookie consent, because it stores nothing in your browser.

Umami stores no cookies — nor anything else — in your browser, and creates no identifier that could link your visits together over time or tie them to you as a person. Besides page views it counts sent inquiries and clicks on the phone number or e-mail. The statistics only ever show:

  • the page visited and the time of the visit,
  • where you came from — a search engine, a link, or directly,
  • country, device type, browser and screen resolution.

Your IP address is not stored. It is used only to derive the country and to tell one visit from another, through an irreversible fingerprint (hash) that changes regularly — nobody can get the IP address back out of it.

The legal basis here is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in knowing how the website performs and what to improve on it. If you disagree, write to us at obchod@dochazkapro.cz and we will switch the measurement off for you.

Cookies and consent-based measurement

The following third-party tools load only if you consent in the cookie bar. Without consent nothing is sent to their servers and nothing is stored in your browser.

  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): aggregate traffic statistics, where visitors come from and how many of them send an inquiry.
  • Marketing cookies — Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Sklik (Seznam.cz, a.s.): measuring whether a visit from an ad ended with an inquiry, and reminding people who already visited the website of our offer (remarketing).

Google may also process the data in the USA; the transfer is governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which Google has joined. The cookies of these tools last at most 2 years (Google Analytics, Google Ads), or as set by the terms of Seznam.cz (Sklik).

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act). You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer; withdrawing deletes these tools' cookies.

Video on the home page

The video on the home page is hosted on YouTube (Google). Until you start it, you only see a preview image from our own server and nothing is sent to YouTube. Only clicking play loads the video from youtube-nocookie.com — YouTube then receives your IP address and browser details and handles them under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to obchod@dochazkapro.cz and we will get back to you within one month at the latest.

If you feel we are not handling your data properly, you can turn to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
