See how Docházka PRO works
A short tour of the whole system — from requesting an absence through approvals and the monthly closing to the payroll reports.
The video is in Czech and plays from YouTube — the connection to it is made only after you click play.
Modules
Six parts that fit together
Each module does one job and they all share the same data. Employees only see what concerns them – the scope follows their account type and what the company has switched on.
Absences
Holidays, sick leave, doctor's visits and unpaid leave. The employee files it, the manager confirms it, and attendance updates itself.
Whole days or just part of a day
Annual limits tracked for you
Sick leave can be filed without a known end date
Attendance
A monthly overview of hours worked, day by day – derived from the work schedule, or entered by hand as a timesheet.
Fixed working hours as well as timesheets (DPP, DPČ agreements)
Public holidays and company days off applied automatically
Totals for scheduled, worked and missing hours
Additional attendance optional
Overtime, weekend work, on-call duty and travel expenses. Your own types measured in hours, money or units.
Custom types with a minimum entry step
Annual limits, just like for absences
The whole module can be switched off if you don't need it
Approvals
The manager's desk. Requests arrive on their own according to your hierarchy and wait for a single decision.
The direct manager is the approver
A stand-in covers the approver's own absence
Exceptions for automatic approval
Notifications
Alerts for approvals, rejections and new requests. In the app under the bell, and optionally by e-mail.
Every type can be turned on and off separately
Digest e-mails instead of a flood of messages
One click to unsubscribe from an e-mail
Company administration
Jobs, workplaces, work schedules, code lists, limits and holidays. Everything the calculations run on.
Work schedules including split shifts and breaks
Absence types with rules of their own
Records are never deleted, only deactivated
How it works
From a request to payroll-ready figures
The whole path takes four steps and none of them ends in an e-mail or on paper. Attendance is never edited “directly” – what changes is the input it is built from.
1
The employee files a request
They pick a job, a leave type and a period. The app immediately shows how many hours that is and how much of the annual limit is left.
2
The manager gets notified
The request shows up in their To approve list along with a notification – instantly in the app, by e-mail according to their settings.
3
They decide with one click
Approve or reject. The employee is told right away and the request moves into the approval history.
4
Attendance updates itself
An approved request flows into the monthly overview and counts against the limit. Nobody rewrites anything by hand.

What it does
The details attendance usually breaks on
Tracking working hours is simple only until work agreements, split shifts, one person holding two jobs and sick leave with no known end date come along.
Work schedules as they really are
Working hours set separately for each day of the week, split shifts and a lunch break. Schedule changes are versioned, so past months stay calculated correctly.
Several jobs for one person
Attendance and limits are kept separately for each job. One can run on fixed working hours, the other as a timesheet for a work agreement.
Limits the app keeps an eye on
An annual limit per employee, job and leave type. The remaining limit is visible while the request is being filed, and the app won't let it be exceeded.
Sick leave with no known end
The absence is filed with a start date only and runs until somebody ends it. The end date goes back to the manager for confirmation, because it changes the extent of what they approved.
Public holidays and company days off
The app knows public holidays by itself. Company days off and other dates you add yourself, and they apply to everyone's attendance.
A stand-in during holidays
An approver can hand requests over to a colleague for the duration of their absence. Nothing is left hanging until they are back.
Filing on an employee's behalf
Team leaders and managers can record an absence or overtime for a team member – for instance while they are off sick.
Export and printable summaries
Lists can be searched, sorted, paged through and exported. The monthly overview serves payroll as the basis for processing wages.
Why Docházka PRO
Everyone in the company gets something out of it
Attendance is not one department's paperwork. That is why the app shows everyone exactly as much as they need – based on their account type and the company's settings.
Employee
A clear view of their own time
Files their own holiday, from anywhere
Sees how much of the limit is left
Knows when a request is approved – no need to ask
Manager
Decisions without the hunt
Requests in one place, not in e-mails
Their team's attendance always at hand
Hands approvals to a stand-in while on holiday
Payroll and HR
Figures that add up
The monthly overview ready on the last day
Limit usage traceable across the whole year
History stays readable – nothing is deleted
Company management
Data instead of guesswork
One set of rules for the whole company
Switch on the modules you actually need
Your data stays separate from other companies'
Czech-built, with Czech support. We develop it here and we understand how attendance is run in this country – work agreements, public holidays and what an inspection expects to see.
Set up jobs, workplaces, employee accounts and above all work schedules – attendance and absence hours are calculated from those. After that it is just leave types and annual limits. The recommended order is described in the user manual and we are glad to help with the setup.
Yes. The screens adapt to phones and tablets and the app works the same way. Nothing needs installing – an up-to-date everyday browser is enough.
Yes. Each work schedule has its own attendance type: fixed working hours are derived from the schedule, timesheets are entered by hand day by day. The schedule handles split shifts and a lunch break as well.
Every company gets its own database schema, so no two companies' data ever meet. Access follows the account type and sign-in is protected. Records are never deleted for good, only deactivated – so the history stays readable years later.
Yes. Additional attendance (overtime and bonuses) can be switched off entirely – then it appears nowhere. The other modules follow account types: a regular employee sees neither company administration nor approvals in the menu.
We base the price on the size of your company and the scope you will actually use. Tell us in the form how many of you there are and what you need – we will come back with a concrete offer and a demo of the app.
